This drive marks the first on-ground event under RLG System’s ‘Sankalp’ to promote creating a circular NOIDA under RLG’s Flagship Clean to Green Campaign.
Noida, September 20: RLG Systems India Pvt. Ltd. today hosted an on-ground cleanliness drive Sankalp’s Swachhta Abhiyan in association with Kartavyam NGO, Rotaract Club of Noida Youth and Asian Law College, as part of Sankalp, a recently launched initiative of the company. The drive marks the first on-ground activity under Sankalp and has been carried out today to celebrate World Cleanup Day, being observed by millions across the globe. The event was held in Asian Law College in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and attended by 150+ participants, from volunteers to business leaders, as well as esteemed guests from the State Government.
The event kicked off early morning at 7 am in the beautiful campus of Asian Law College, located in Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a welcome address by RLG Systems India, followed by the felicitation of the esteemed Chief Guests, including Ms. Radhika Kalia, Managing Director, RLG Systems India, Ms. Kiran Sethi, Sub-Inspector, Delhi Police, Mr. Shiv Kumar Kohli, Dr. T.N. Prasad, Principal, ALC and Mr. Ashish Bharadwaj, HOD, ALC at Asian Law College. The programme covered a wide range of activities, including a cleanliness drive being conducted by the volunteers, Nukkad Natak, self-defence and song performances, as well as distribution of participation certificates to all the volunteers.
Talking about the event, Ms. Radhika Kalia commented, “At RLG Systems India, we are always eager to create value in the society and focus on building a comprehensive infrastructure where all communities can come together to support the same cause. With this perspective in mind, our initiative Sankalp was conceptualized earlier this year.” She further added, “Today marks a momentous occasion as we conduct the first on-ground drive under Sankalp.
