Interview With Supriya Singh, Founder of Eleco Media

New Delhi (India), June 7: Supriya Singh holds a Master’s in Marketing. Driven by passion, she excels in online marketing with a strong focus on online branding and innovative marketing techniques. During her Master’s program, she learned how to develop products and effectively showcase them to boost sales. She has been active in the online space and digital media since the early days of dial-up connections in India, witnessing the evolution of the Internet. Her unique blend of qualifications, passion, and determination inspired her to establish her Online Branding, Digital Marketing, and UI/UX Design and Consultancy Company- Eleco Media based in Noida.

Why 360 Marketing?

When I was doing my masters in marketing, I saw a gap in the market for a solution that could meet customers at every touchpoint. Traditional marketing just wasn’t enough anymore. It never brings a wide number of customers to any company in this digital era. I also found that digital marketing is becoming more complicated day by day, as customers see messages everywhere they go. They move between social media, search engines, and websites, making it tough for any brand to stand out. That’s why I chose to build Eleco Media around the idea of 360-degree digital marketing. It helps us cover all the bases and reach customers no matter where they are.

For me, 360-degree marketing isn’t just a strategy; it’s a way to ensure that the brand thrives in this competitive landscape. It’s about building genuine connections with your customers and fostering long-term relationships. I want Eleco Media to be a one-stop solution for all your business challenges.

How important is it to build a Network?

As the CEO of Eleco Media, I can confidently say that building a network in the digital marketing field is essential for our success and growth. Building a network is incredibly important in the digital marketing industry. It’s not just about getting new clients (although that can be a benefit), it’s about building connections with other professionals who can help you grow in your career.

Imagine the digital marketing world as a giant online party. You’ve got all these talented people with awesome ideas and experiences, but you’re kind of standing on the sidelines by yourself. Building a network is like going over, introducing yourself, and making some friends. These people can become your digital marketing squad like industry insiders, brainstorming buddies, the collaborators. So, ditch the solo act and start building your network. As it is a key to unlock a world of possibilities in the exciting world of digital marketing.

What do you consider essential skills for a marketing team these days?

As the owner of the company, i believe that a marketing team needs to be like a well-oiled machine. We need folks who can understand our clients’ customers on a deep level, like social media detectives and research ninjas. They should be chameleons of content creation, crafting messages that resonate across different platforms. Tech-savviness is a must, as is the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Combine that with strong communication and teamwork, and you’ve got the recipe for a marketing team that can create powerful 360-degree campaigns that drive results.

What is your approach?

By being present across all the channels, we create a consistent brand image and message. This not only builds brand loyalty but also allows us to gather valuable data about your target audience. We can then use those insights to refine your campaigns, maximize your reach, and ultimately drive sales.

Imagine this: someone types in a keyword related to what you offer. We’ve optimized your website so it appears at the top of the search results. Now they’re curious and visit your site. We’ve designed a user-friendly, informative website that keeps them engaged. They might then see a targeted social media ad from us that reminds them of your brand. Throughout this journey, we’re providing valuable content and building trust.

What advice would you give to young people who want to enter the digital marketing field some day?

As a Founder, my advice to young individuals aspiring to enter the digital marketing field would be to prioritize continuous learning and practical experience. Stay curious and committed to expanding your knowledge base. Consider specializing in a specific area of digital marketing that aligns with your interests and strengths, and develop expertise in that niche. Networking is key, so build relationships with professionals in the industry through events and online platforms like LinkedIn. Be data-driven, developing the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Additionally, focus on developing soft skills such as communication and teamwork, which are essential for success in the field. Stay adaptable to changes in the digital landscape, embracing new technologies and strategies as they emerge.

Remember, digital marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient, keep learning, and focus on building your skills and experience. With dedication and a passion for the digital world, you can carve out a successful career in this exciting field.
