New Delhi, August 25: As India celebrated ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ marking the 75th anniversary of India’s independence, Madhavbaug, a leading chain of ayurvedic cardiac healthcare clinics in India, celebrated another major milestone – ‘Freedom From Lifestyle Diseases’.

Dr Rohit Sane led Madhavbuag held the event named ‘I AM A WINNER’ at its 270 plus centres across ten states in India. It saw active participation from doctors and former patients who had successfully reversed their lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and cardiac-related critical illness.

A total of around 2,000 patients joined the celebration, where they were felicitated with gold medals for their achievements. All these individuals had benefited from Madhavbaug’s scientific evidence-based treatment and achieved complete freedom from their diseases over the last 3-4 months.

While the primary objective of the event was to encourage and inspire those individuals to continue with their healthy lifestyles, Madhavbaug also wanted to convey a larger message to society that many of the modern lifestyle-related diseases can be successfully reversed.

“There is a widely prevalent belief that lifelong medication is the only option to manage certain lifestyle-related diseases. We want to break that myth. Through our scientific evidence-based Ayurveda treatment, we have successfully treated and reversed diseases like obesity, hypertension, diabetes and cardiac illness in 10 lakh patients. We have even treated certain cardiac ailments referred for surgery through oral medication and lifestyle modifications like dietary changes and mild exercises,” said Dr Rohit Sane, founder and chief executive officer, Madhavbaug.
