Meet SidSaab: India’s first para standup comedian
August 5: Siddharth Trivedi, aka SidSaab surely is a sensational person, for he’s dropping bombs, whether it be of laughter or surprises. Sid Saab is one of the first ones in India who had a grand premiere for the launch of his career as a standup comedian. And, of course, it was a huge hit. With his playful anecdotes and inclusive comedies, Sid Saab managed to capture not just attention but laughs from audiences of all age groups and types. But the biggest plot twist was the surprising revelation of his disability. Sid Saab has been a part of the entertainment industry for a while but had chosen not to let it out in order to avoid the votes of sympathy, but why now? Because it’s high time, we had a para standup comedian. For sure, he made the audience laugh it out loud and left them wanting more. It seems he’s planning to tour around the country a little and who might know, he might go international? For now, Sid Saab has securely brought laughter and the spotlight to himself and more of him is assuredly awaited.
